This is what I made for dinner tonight. It was sticky good. It is a take on my maple sryup baked chicken. My Uncle asked for seconds. 12/13/11

Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast & legs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon pepper
HONEY GLAZE:
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water

How To Make honey my baked honey chicken

Step 1

First pre-heat the oven to 350F. Then foil a cookie sheet with foil well. Then salt & pepper each side of the chicken pieces. Place them on the greased foiled cookie sheet.

Step 2

Next in a small pot mix the glaze together & heat over medium to low heat until bubbly & reduced.
Step 3

Then bake the chicken for about 30 to 35 mins or until fully cooked. Just about every 10 mins coat the chicken with the glaze & finish baking.
Step 4

Special Tip: Any extra glaze can be pour & mixed over any warm side dish veggie.
