This recipe is adapted from a recipe I got from a Taste of Home cookbook. The original recipe was made with pork, but I found that my family likes the chicken better.

Ingredients
- 6-8 - chicken breast filets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 2/3 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 16)
- 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
How To Make honey-mustard chicken filets

Step 1Wash chicken breast filets and pat dry. Flatten chicken to about 1/8-inch thickness. Combine honey and mustard. Brush over both sides of chicken filet.

Step 2In a shallow bowl, combine crushed crackers and bread crumbs; dip chicken in mixture to coat.

Step 3In skillet, heat oil and butter. Fry chicken filets for 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
