1 cvegetable or olive oil
2heaping tbsps minced garlic
1/3 clime juice
1 largered onion, chopped
1/2 cchopped parsley
1/2 Tbspred pepper flakes (optional)

How to Make Honey-Lime Marinade
- Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl, whisking until well mixed.
- Place two large steaks in a disposable foil pan or a large, deep baking dish, and pour marinade over steaks.
- Cover pan/dish tightly, and refrigerate at least 8 hours. (Overnight yields most flavorful results.)
