Ingredients

  • 6 - chicken, pieces
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, dried and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, crushed

How To Make honey lemon rosemary chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Rinse chicken in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Step 3
    Spray an 11x15x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray; place chicken in pan.
  • Step 4
    Combine honey, lemon juice, rosemary and red pepper; brush half of sauce over chicken.
  • Step 5
    Bake chicken at 350 for 1 hour or until done, brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
