My grandchildren love chicken fingers and these are just right for smaller appetites.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breats
  • 2 - egg whites, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make honey chicken fingers

  • Step 1
    Cut chicken into strips 3/4-inches wide and 3 inches long. In a small bowl combine egg whites and honey. In another bowl, combine cornflakes crumbs and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Dip chicken into the egg white mixture, then the crumbs.
  • Step 3
    Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes, until meat is no longer pink.
  • Step 4
    Serves four.
