My grandchildren love chicken fingers and these are just right for smaller appetites.

Ingredients

3/4 lb
boneless, skinless chicken breats
2
egg whites, beaten
1 Tbsp
honey
2 c
cornflakes, crushed
1/4 tsp
pepper

How to Make Honey Chicken Fingers

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut chicken into strips 3/4-inches wide and 3 inches
    long. In a small bowl combine egg whites and honey.
    In another bowl, combine cornflakes crumbs and pepper.
  • 2Dip chicken into the egg white mixture, then the crumbs.
  • 3Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees for
    11 to 13 minutes, until meat is no longer pink.
  • 4Serves four.
