How to Make Honey Chicken Fingers
- 1Cut chicken into strips 3/4-inches wide and 3 inches
long. In a small bowl combine egg whites and honey.
In another bowl, combine cornflakes crumbs and pepper.
- 2Dip chicken into the egg white mixture, then the crumbs.
- 3Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees for
11 to 13 minutes, until meat is no longer pink.
- 4Serves four.
