Ingredients

3/4 lbboneless, skinless chicken breats

2egg whites, beaten

1 Tbsphoney

2 ccornflakes, crushed

1/4 tsppepper
How to Make Honey Chicken Fingers
- Cut chicken into strips 3/4-inches wide and 3 inches
long. In a small bowl combine egg whites and honey.
In another bowl, combine cornflakes crumbs and pepper. - Dip chicken into the egg white mixture, then the crumbs.
- Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees for
11 to 13 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. - Serves four.
