Ingredients
- 3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breats
- 2 - egg whites, beaten
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make honey chicken fingers

Step 1Cut chicken into strips 3/4-inches wide and 3 inches long. In a small bowl combine egg whites and honey. In another bowl, combine cornflakes crumbs and pepper.

Step 2Dip chicken into the egg white mixture, then the crumbs.

Step 3Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes, until meat is no longer pink.
