One of my families favorite chicken recipes. Don't use chicken with bone in doesn't come out the same.

Ingredients For honey chicken

  • 4 lg
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    bisquick
  • 2 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice

How To Make honey chicken

  • 1
    Mix bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper together and dredge chicken breasts in it.
  • 2
    Place on baking pan and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the melted butter. Saving the other 1/4 cup. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
  • 3
    Mix 1/4 cup of melted butter, lemon juice and honey together and pour over baked chicken. Bake for an additional 30 minutes basting with honey sauce every 10 minutes.
