Honey barbecue is my favorite kind of sauce on chicken. I think I could eat the honey barbecue sauce by itself; it is so good. I don’t usually cook drumsticks, but these are amazing. The dark meat gives it a great rich flavor that leaves you wanting more.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Baked chicken doesn't have to be boring and this honey barbecue chicken is the perfect example. Once baked, the chicken drumsticks meat is tender, juicy, and just falls off the bone. It's based in a homemade honey barbecue sauce that's sweet and sticky and easy to prepare. When it's based on the drumsticks, the sauce caramelizes for more flavor. Keep a jar of this honey barbecue sauce on hand and use it for more than just chicken.
