Ingredients
- CHICKEN
- 4 bone in chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- HONEY BALSAMIC SAUCE
- 4 tablespoons each honey, balsamic vinegar and ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
How To Make honey balsamic chicken thighs

Step 1Mix the olive oil, salt, paprika, onion powder and pepper together in a large bowl. Add the chicken and rub the chicken with the mixture.

Step 2Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour half of the sauce over the chicken. Put the remaining sauce in the fridge. Massage the chicken with the marinade and place covered in the fridge and let marinate overnight.

Step 3Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place a grate over the foil. Place the chicken on the grate. Place in oven.

Step 4Take the remaining sauce and place in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer until reduced and thickened. about 10 minutes.

Step 5Brush the thickened sauce on the chicken while it bakes. Turning and brushing with more sauce. Bake for about 45 minutes
