Need a new way to prepare chicken? Try this honey baked chicken. Very easy to make, once baked the chicken tastes similar to a General Tso chicken. There's a bit of sweetness and spice. Simmering the sauce and pouring it over the baked chicken, punches up the flavors when serving.

Ingredients
- 5-6 pounds chicken breast pieces (or whatever chicken pieces you like)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder

Test Kitchen Tips
If you're going to reduce the sauce, we suggest adding an extra 1/4 cup of honey to the sauce to thicken it up a little. We used a combination of chicken pieces for testing.

Step 1Place chicken in baking pan.

Step 2Combine the remaining ingredients.

Step 3Pour over chicken.

Step 4Bake, covered with foil, at 350 F for the first 30 minutes.

Step 5Uncover, baste and bake for another 30 minutes.

Step 6If you'd like you can pour the sauce into a saucepan. Simmer down to about half and then use it to pour over your chicken when served.
