Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    elbow or shell macaroni cooked
  • 1 1/2 pkg
    cheese of your choice
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk, 1%
  • 1 can(s)
    canned milk
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper mixed (or to your taste)

How to Make HOMEMADE MAC' -N- CHEESE

Step-by-Step

  1. cook macaroni as directed, while cooking put together cheese mix
  2. In saucepan pour both milks, shred the cheese,(holding out a 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese) add to milk, add 2 tablespoons of butter,cook till cheese melts, pour over cooked macaroni, mix, pour in round or square casserole pan, sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheese held out over top.... Bake at350* for about an hour. take from oven let set up for a few minutes(10-15), serve.
