Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow or shell macaroni cooked
- 1 1/2 packages cheese of your choice
- 1 1/2 cups milk, 1%
- 1 can canned milk
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper mixed (or to your taste)
How To Make homemade mac' -n- cheese

Step 1cook macaroni as directed, while cooking put together cheese mix

Step 2In saucepan pour both milks, shred the cheese,(holding out a 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese) add to milk, add 2 tablespoons of butter,cook till cheese melts, pour over cooked macaroni, mix, pour in round or square casserole pan, sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheese held out over top.... Bake at350* for about an hour. take from oven let set up for a few minutes(10-15), serve.
