Anytime my children do not feel well, I break out the Chicken Noodle Soup. My oldest daughter is in College and prepares this for her friends when they need a pick me up. It soothes sore throats, hurt feelings, and bad days while warming your soul!

3 large
bone in chicken breast
chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp
all seasoning salt
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 pkg
egg noodles, cooked
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup

How to Make Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup


  • 1Place chicken breast in large dutch oven. Add enough water to cover the chicken and add bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil then turn down to medium and cover. Let cook 20 minutes.
  • 2Remove chicken to cool. After chicken is cool, shred and set aside.
  • 3Put noodles in broth to cook. After 7 minutes, add cream of chicken soup stirring well.
  • 4Add chicken, seasoning salt and garlic back into dutch oven and simmer till ready to eat!
