homemade chicken and dumplins
i make these for most all occasions everyone i know just loves my dumplins. they are so good and warm perfect for the winter evenings.

Ingredients
- 1 medium whole chicken boiled and deboned
- 3 cups all porpuse flour
- 1 cup chicken stock (from the boiled chicken)
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dried or fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 6 - chicken bulion cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
How To Make homemade chicken and dumplins

Step 1boil whole chicken in water seasoned with salt and pepper and chicken bullion, reserve stock and debone chicken.

Step 2meanwhile combine flour and parsley salt pepper and cut in butter with fork add 1 cup of hot stock into flour mixture until forms a dough,

Step 3flour the cutting board and roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into squares with pizza cutter.add dumplins to boilig broth one at a time stir and add chicken back to pot boil till dumplins are cooked through and tender. you may add a can of cream of chicken soup to thicken broth if desired.
