homemade chicken and dumplins
1 mediumwhole chicken boiled and deboned
3 call porpuse flour
1 cchicken stock (from the boiled chicken)
2 tspdried or fresh parsley
1 tspbaking powder
2 Tbspblack pepper
6chicken bulion cubes
3 Tbspbutter, room temperature
How to Make homemade chicken and dumplins
- boil whole chicken in water seasoned with salt and pepper and chicken bullion, reserve stock and debone chicken.
- meanwhile combine flour and parsley salt pepper and cut in butter with fork add 1 cup of hot stock into flour mixture until forms a dough,
- flour the cutting board and roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into squares with pizza cutter.add dumplins to boilig broth one at a time stir and add chicken back to pot boil till dumplins are cooked through and tender. you may add a can of cream of chicken soup to thicken broth if desired.
