homemade chicken and dumplins

i make these for most all occasions everyone i know just loves my dumplins. they are so good and warm perfect for the winter evenings.

1 medium
whole chicken boiled and deboned
3 c
all porpuse flour
1 c
chicken stock (from the boiled chicken)
3 Tbsp
2 tsp
dried or fresh parsley
1 tsp
baking powder
2 Tbsp
black pepper
chicken bulion cubes
3 Tbsp
butter, room temperature


1boil whole chicken in water seasoned with salt and pepper and chicken bullion, reserve stock and debone chicken.
2meanwhile combine flour and parsley salt pepper and cut in butter with fork add 1 cup of hot stock into flour mixture until forms a dough,
3flour the cutting board and roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into squares with pizza cutter.add dumplins to boilig broth one at a time stir and add chicken back to pot boil till dumplins are cooked through and tender. you may add a can of cream of chicken soup to thicken broth if desired.
