1Cook fettuccine noodle to desired doness, drain and cover to keep warm.

3Stir in Parmesan cheese, cook over low heat till melted, stirring constantly. Immediately stir in noodle, toss to coat, Stir in parsley and nutmeg if desired. This would be where you would stir in the chicken if you wish. You can also add some cooked brocoli florets as well. Up to you.
