While Cleaning out Old Recipe Boxes in my Spare time I Found this Interesting Clipping Cut from a Magazine. Home-Made Salt Free Spices. I thought Wow, How did I miss this one. These were so Interesting I am Sharing. Great for Many of us that need to Cut down on our Salt, Or Just need a Salt Free diet. I am making some, Now.

Ingredients

  • SEASONINGS FOR BEEF & COOKED VEGIES: MIX TOGETHER STORE IN SM. JAR.
  • 1 tsp - celery seed
  • 1 Tbs - marjoram leaves
  • 1 Tbs - thyme leaves
  • 1 Tbs - basil leaves
  • FOR SOUPS, STEWS, POULTRY: MIX TOGETHER, STORE IN SM. JAR
  • 1 Tbs - thyme leaves
  • 1 Tbs - rubbed sage
  • 2 tsp - rosemary leaves
  • 1 Tbs - marjoram leaves
  • SEASONING FOR SALADS: MIX TOGETHER, GRIND IN BLENDER. STORE IN SM JAR
  • 2 tsp - thyme, leaves
  • 2 tsp - grounf savory
  • 1 tsp - rubbed sage
  • 2 tsp - basil leaves
  • 1 tbs - marjoram leaves
  • TABLE TOP SEASONINGS:
  • SUBSTITUTE FIRST BLEND FOR SALT IN YOUR SHAKER.

  • Step 1
    Mix each seasoniong as directed in the Ingredients Headings. Store in cool dry place in small sealed Jars.
  • Step 2
    Use as you would any other spice in your foods. Great used on all kinds of Foods. A wonderful Salt free, alternative.
