use to watch sister fry chicken and looked easy but then you got to deal with the bones to eat.. seemed like would be easier to make and eat with none and use to do shake and bake at home for me, so I said lets try with chicken breasts.. and this is what came of it.

Ingredients
- as needed large 1-6 skined boneless chicken breasts
- per taste dash pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken boullion powder
- 2-4 PRN cups use what you feel is needed flour
- all ingre - the more you like flavor the more you add.. simple

Step 1I do most my cooking by sight and taste so I don't really measure per say, learned from mom this way as she did hers. I hope you can do the same. This is really easy recipe, got idea from shake and bake just changed to shake and fry like frying chicken only no bones. :)

Step 2put all dry ingredients into large zip lock bag and seal, shake to mix

Step 3cut up chicken breasts into bite size pieces, wash and dry then add to baggy. close baggy and shake well to coat chicken

Step 4put enough oil ( your choice of type) into skillet to cover bottom good. Heat up and test to see when hot.

Step 5add chicken making sure well coated, and cook on med heat till med golden brown, turning often. put on paper towels to drain grease, can salt if more is desired. makes alot of nuggets :) enjoy
