I am a member of the Cooking Club. I occasionally test recipes for their publication. This is one that I was asked to test. Everyone loved it then and they continue to love it when I make it. It is so moist and has just a little different flavor than usual. The recipe calls for grilling, but I have also baked it in the oven.

  • Step 1
Combine all rub ingredients except chicken in small bowl; sprinkle over both sides of chicken.

Reduce heat to low. Grill, covered, an additional 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning and brushing with glaze every 5 minutes.

TIP *Five-spice powder is a prepared seasoning that often includes star anise, cloves, cinnamon, fennel seeds and pepper. It can be found in the spice or Asian foods section of the grocery store.
