- 1Start pasta water boiling. Make dressing according to package (with mayonnaise and milk called for in recipe), and set aside.
- 2Pan fry chicken breasts in the 2 T butter until juices run clear. Remove chicken to a platter, and deglaze the pan with the wine.
- 3Start pasta. Let wine reduce a bit in the pan. Add Dijon to the prepared dressing. When wine is reduced, add the dressing mixture to the wine in the pan.
- 4Place the chicken back in the pan to stay hot while the sauce heats up. When the pasta is done, serve the chicken alongside the pasta, with the sauce on top of both.
