Got this recipe from Kamehamha School's recipe book. It's so easy and ono!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans beer (budwiser, heineken, etc)
  • 5 pounds chicken thighs, skinless or boneless
  • - salt to taste
  • TERI SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup shoyu
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • - some julienned green onions

How To Make hibachi chicken

  • Step 1
    Salt chicken. Soak in beer for 2 hours. Drain chicken and precook by baking in oven for 1 hour at 325° Soak in sauce recipe for 2 to 3 hours and ready for the Hibachi, cook 4 minutes each side carefully not to burn.
