Ingredients
- 2 cans beer (budwiser, heineken, etc)
- 5 pounds chicken thighs, skinless or boneless
- - salt to taste
- TERI SAUCE
- 1/2 cup shoyu
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- - some julienned green onions
How To Make hibachi chicken

Step 1Salt chicken. Soak in beer for 2 hours. Drain chicken and precook by baking in oven for 1 hour at 325° Soak in sauce recipe for 2 to 3 hours and ready for the Hibachi, cook 4 minutes each side carefully not to burn.
