- 6 - chicken breasts
- MARINADE:
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 1/2 cups shoyu
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chinese parsley, inced
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
How To Make hibachi chicken breast

Step 1Prepare and light coals in hibachi.

Step 2Blend marinade ingredients thoroughly and marinate chicken breasts for 30 minutes.

Step 3Grill over coals, turning every 2-3 minutes, for a total cooking time of 8-10 minutes. If you prefer, you may pan fry the chicken breast, or broil them in the oven. The cooking times are the same.
