boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4"-wide strips
1
8 oz conatainer light sour cream
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
paprika
1/4 tsp
celery salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1
8 oz pkg herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1/4 c
melted butter

How to Make Herbed crunchy chicken fingers

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 375. Spray 2 lg shallow baking pans w/ cooking spray.
  • 2in a shallow bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, paprika, celery salt and pepper. Mix well. Place crushed stuffin in another shallow bowl.
  • 3Dip chicken strips into sour cream mix, then coat w/ stuffing mix. Arrange strips in pans. Drizzle strips w/ melted butter. bake, uncovered 25 min or until no longer pink. Rotating pans after 15 mins.
