Ingredients

  • 8
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4"-wide strips
  • 1
    8 oz conatainer light sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    8 oz pkg herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter

How to Make Herbed crunchy chicken fingers

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. Spray 2 lg shallow baking pans w/ cooking spray.
  2. in a shallow bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, paprika, celery salt and pepper. Mix well. Place crushed stuffin in another shallow bowl.
  3. Dip chicken strips into sour cream mix, then coat w/ stuffing mix. Arrange strips in pans. Drizzle strips w/ melted butter. bake, uncovered 25 min or until no longer pink. Rotating pans after 15 mins.
