Ingredients
- 8 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4"-wide strips
- 1 - 8 oz conatainer light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - 8 oz pkg herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
How To Make herbed crunchy chicken fingers

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray 2 lg shallow baking pans w/ cooking spray.

Step 2in a shallow bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, paprika, celery salt and pepper. Mix well. Place crushed stuffin in another shallow bowl.

Step 3Dip chicken strips into sour cream mix, then coat w/ stuffing mix. Arrange strips in pans. Drizzle strips w/ melted butter. bake, uncovered 25 min or until no longer pink. Rotating pans after 15 mins.
