3 smallchicken breasts, halved and skinless
2 tsprosemary, dried
2chicken bouillon cube
How to Make Herbed Chicken
- Place chicken in nonstick baking dish and season with salt, rosemary and pepper.
- Crumble bouillon cubes between pieces of chicken.
- Add water, pouring into a corner of pan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Uncover and baste with drippings.
- Brown under the broiler before serving.
