Ingredients

  • 3 small chicken breasts, halved and skinless
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 - chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 cup water

How To Make herbed chicken

  • Step 1
    Place chicken in nonstick baking dish and season with salt, rosemary and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Crumble bouillon cubes between pieces of chicken.
  • Step 3
    Add water, pouring into a corner of pan.
  • Step 4
    Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  • Step 5
    Uncover and baste with drippings.
  • Step 6
    Brown under the broiler before serving.
