I don't much remember making this or what it tastes like. :) It can be served over rice if you would like.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • - hot cooked rice

How To Make herbed chicken strips

  • Step 1
    Place chicken strips in greased 1 qt. baking dish. In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter till tender. Stir in parsley, dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 15 mins. Stir, bake 5-10 mins longer or till chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice.
