Ingredients
- 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make herbed chicken strips

Step 1Place chicken strips in greased 1 qt. baking dish. In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter till tender. Stir in parsley, dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 15 mins. Stir, bake 5-10 mins longer or till chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice.
