Herbed Chicken

Ingredients

3 largechicken breast

1 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1/4 cbutter, room temperature

10cream of chicken soup, 12 ounces

3/4 cwhite wine
-
8 ozmushrooms, canned
-
2 Tbspgreen peppers
-
1/4 tspthyme, dried
-
1/3 conion, minced
-
3 Tbspbutter, softened
How to Make Herbed Chicken
- Frist preheat the oven to 350F. Then season the chicken with the salt & black pepper. In a large frying pan brown both side's of the chicken piece's with the butter.
- Next arrange the chicken with the skin side up on a baking pan. In a small bowl combine the rest of the ingredient's together & pour very carefully into the frying pan & heat until it comes to a boil.
- Then pour over the chicken, cover with foil & bake for 20 mins. Then uncover the chicken & bake for 30 mins longer.
