I got this recipe from the label on a jar of Hellmann's mayonaisse. I never wrote it down so the measurements I am giving you, which I know are in the correct proportions, are what I use when I make this for the two of us. The chicken is so moist with a wonderful, flavorful crust.

Ingredients

2-3 - boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons flavored bread crumbs

How To Make hellmann's chicken

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°. Place chicken breasts in a baking pan.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the mayo and the parmesan cheese. Spread on chicken and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
Step 3

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Crust should be beautifully brown.
