heavenly chicken
This is my favorite Chicken dish. I love it, not only is it tasty it's easy to prepare. It also reheats in a low oven, covered. In addition, everyone I've made it for loves it too.

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, pounded
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups stovetop, unmade, crushed fine
- 3 tablespoons butter, more if you like
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, more if you like
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning, more if you like
How To Make heavenly chicken

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350* Line a rimmed cookie sheet with aluminum foil, then spray oil over the foil,

Step 2In a large zip lock bag, stir together Sour cream, Salt, Onion Power, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning and Paprika. Add the pounded Chicken to this mixture and squish so all sides are fully coated

Step 3Place the Stove Top crumbs in a large platter and dredge each chicken piece on all sides. Place Chicken on prepared cookie sheet and drizzle with melted butter.

Step 4Bake at 350* uncovered for approximately 20 minutes or until chicken is done (reaching a temperature of 165*)
