I love chicken enchiladas so one day I was experimenting & made a delicious dip. Aww can't get enough of it!! So delish!! Inspired by http://my-plate.blogspot.com

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, seasoned to taste
  • 1 package (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package (8-oz) mexican blend cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (4-oz) green chilis, diced
  • 1 - jalopeno pepper, diced

How To Make heather's chicken enchilada dip

  • Step 1
    Combine chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, green chile peppers and jalapeno pepper in a large bowl; pour into baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Bake 350 degrees (uncovered) for 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
