- 2 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 2 cans pineapple chunks
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 boxes chines styel frozen vegies
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

Step 1Clean wash chicken an cut into one inch cubes lightly flour chicken cubes. heat a pan with olive oil and add chicken cook till done slighty browned add in broken up frozen chines vegies stire lightly cover to steam vegies maybe 5 to 10 mins

Step 2in a large pot combine all ingrediance pine apple oranges, brown sugar, lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic,soy sause stir together heat to a boil simmer for about 25 mins bring back to a boil add cornstarch and water mixture to thicken but not to thick thin gravy .do not add it green onion or flour, flour is for dusting chicken an green onion is for garnish

Step 4you can add sause to chicken or add rise to plate then chicken mixture the pineapple sause serve an enjoy you can also cut up green oinon for garnish if you like
