my daughter Tamara made up this recipe it is delicious :)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lawry's teriyaki w/pineapple juice
  • 1 can sliced pineapple cute into 1 inch pieces with juice
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 - stalks celery
  • 2 large red pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 large green peppers cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 large yellow peppers cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 medium red onions quarted
  • 2 medium yellow onions quarted
  • 1/2 cup smart balance margarine
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • - brown or white rice cooked

How To Make tammy's hawain dish

  • Step 1
    Add Teriyaki and water to chicken,set aside. marinate for about 30 minutes. Prepare vegetables.
  • Step 2
    Into a wok add chicken and marninade add margarine. cook chicken until juices run clear. add a lid to help in faster cooking. when chicken is lightly browned put around edges of wok. in center of wok add peppers and onions. cook until tender crisp. add celery,mushrooms, and pineapple with juice.
  • Step 3
    heat for about 5 minutes more. serve over rice.
