- 8 - chicken breasts boneless
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
How To Make hawaiian grilled chicken

Step 1Combine first 8 ingredients in a saucepan. bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool.

Step 2Pour mixture over chicken pieces in a shallow dish . cover and marinate at least 3 hours I prefer overnight.turning occasionally.

Step 3Cook over charcoal approximately 30 min or until done depending how thick your chicken breast are.baste with marinade. Top chicken with pineapple and serve over rice or veggies. enjoy........
