I found this recipe in a local newspaper about 25 years ago. I have been making it for parties since that time. I never fail to get a request for the recipe. Leftovers (when there are any) freeze very well.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken, boneless and skinless, cubed, breaded and deep fried
- 1 package frozen oriental style vegetables
- 1 can 16 oz. pineapples chunks in own juice
- 1 cup duck sauce
How To Make hawaiian chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a 9 X 12 baking pan. Cover with foil for the first 30 mins. Remove foil and continue cooking for another 15 - 20 mins. Serve over rice.
