Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 lb
    chicken tenderloins cut into pieces
  • 1 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh ginger minced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 c
    chives thinly sliced
  • ·
    jasmine rice and sriracha sauce for serving

How to Make Hawaiian Chicken


  1. Place the first 7 ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 6 hours. Remove chicken with slotted spoon and set aside.
  2. Place the sauce in pan on stove and bring it to a boil. Whisk in the cornstarch mixture until thickened. Stir in the chives.
  3. To serve place the rice on a plate. Top with chicken. Spoon sauce over top garnish with sriracha sauce to taste
