Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken tenderloins cut into pieces
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup chives thinly sliced
- - jasmine rice and sriracha sauce for serving
How To Make hawaiian chicken

Step 1Place the first 7 ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 6 hours. Remove chicken with slotted spoon and set aside.

Step 2Place the sauce in pan on stove and bring it to a boil. Whisk in the cornstarch mixture until thickened. Stir in the chives.

Step 3To serve place the rice on a plate. Top with chicken. Spoon sauce over top garnish with sriracha sauce to taste
