This is fast and easy. I have been creating recipes to teach my grandaughters to cook dinner for their mom, Victoria has been practicing cooking this at grandma's, she is 9, she can do this without help now.

  • 2 lb
    bag frozen hash browns, partly thawed
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter or margerine
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c
    onion or 2 teas. onion powder
  • 1 pt
    sour cream, regular or light
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken, (like tuna can size)
  • 10 oz
    bag frozen chopped brocoli, thawed
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese, sharp or medium
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs

How to Make HASH BROWN BROCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. HEAT OVEN 350
    GREASE or spray 9X13 baking dish.
  2. SET panko bread crumbs aside.
    MIX all other ingredients well.
    PUT into baking dish,
  3. TOP with panko bread crumbs.
    BAKE 1 hour.
