Hamburger and Rice
1 lbground beef or ground turkey
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 smallonion, chopped
1 tspsoy sauce, dark
1 crice, cooked and hot
1/2 ccelery, chopped
1 can(s)chinese noodles (chow mein noodles)
How to Make Hamburger and Rice
- Brown hamburger, drain any fat
- Cook rice, and mix with hamburger in a 2 qt casserole
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except, Chinese noodles.
- Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top of the meat and rice mixture, you will probably only need 1/2 of the can.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
