How to Make Habanaro Mustard Chicken Wings
- 1Brush two 13x9 baking dishes with vegetable oil, set aside. Wash and pat wings dry. Season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly between the two dishes and bake, rotating pans and flipping wings halfway through.
- 2While chicken is baking, mix mustard, honey, mustard powder and garlic in large bowl. (large enough to toss wings @ end of process)
- 3Remove wings from oven and toss in mustard mixture. Continue baking for 3-5 minutes, until sauce has made a glaze.
