How to Make Habanaro Mustard Chicken Wings
- Brush two 13x9 baking dishes with vegetable oil, set aside. Wash and pat wings dry. Season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly between the two dishes and bake, rotating pans and flipping wings halfway through.
- While chicken is baking, mix mustard, honey, mustard powder and garlic in large bowl. (large enough to toss wings @ end of process)
- Remove wings from oven and toss in mustard mixture. Continue baking for 3-5 minutes, until sauce has made a glaze.
