Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon each white wine, worcestershire sauce, & dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream at room temp
- 3 cups cooked wide noodles
- parsley for garnish
How To Make ground chicken stroganoff

Step 1In a medium saucepan brown the chicken, onion and mushrooms until chicken is no longer pink and onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper

Step 2Sprinkle the flour over top the chicken mixture. Add the chicken stock and mix well. Mix the wine, worcestershire sauce and mustard together and add that to the pan.

Step 3Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add the sour cream and cook on low 2 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles. Top with parsley for garnish
