Ingredients
- 3/4 cup spicy picante sauce
- 3/4 cup bbq sauce
- 2 pounds chicken thighs, legs, skinned
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 - sliced green onions.
How To Make grilled spicy chicken w/ rice

Step 1In bowl, stir together picante and BBQ sauces. Reserve 3/4 cup for rice. Lightly oil grill grates. Grill chicken over indirect medium heat, brushing w/ sauce. Grill another 15-20 min, brushing w/ sauce, or until no longer pink inside. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed. Stir in reserved sauce and green onions.
