  • 4
    chicken breasts, skinless
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce, light
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Grilled Sesame Chicken Breast

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a shallow dish and mix well.
  2. Add chicken, turning to coat.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade.
  5. Put the marinade aside.
  6. Grill 4 to 5 inches from medium-hot coals for 15 inches from medium-hot for 15 minutes.
  7. Turn and baste frequently with reserve marinade.
  8. Serves 4.
