soy sauce, light
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds

How to Make Grilled Sesame Chicken Breast

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all ingredients except chicken in a shallow dish and mix well.
  • 2Add chicken, turning to coat.
  • 3Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  • 4Remove chicken from marinade.
  • 5Put the marinade aside.
  • 6Grill 4 to 5 inches from medium-hot coals for 15 inches from medium-hot for 15 minutes.
  • 7Turn and baste frequently with reserve marinade.
  • 8Serves 4.
