Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, skinless
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make grilled sesame chicken breast

Step 1Combine all ingredients except chicken in a shallow dish and mix well.

Step 2Add chicken, turning to coat.

Step 3Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Step 4Remove chicken from marinade.

Step 5Put the marinade aside.

Step 6Grill 4 to 5 inches from medium-hot coals for 15 inches from medium-hot for 15 minutes.

Step 7Turn and baste frequently with reserve marinade.

Step 8Serves 4.
