Grilled peppers are one of my favorite things in the world. This dish is just as good without the pasta if your watching your carbs.

Ingredients
- 19 ounces package italian sausage links
- 16 ounces package chicken sausage link
- 1 - each, red, yellow and orange bell pepper
- 1 - poblano
- 1 - sweet onion
- 16 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1 stick real butter
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
How To Make grilled sausage and pepper with pasta

Step 1Slice peppers and onion, drizzle with olive oil and grill till tender. Set aside.

Step 2Slice sausage links and grill till done. Mix with sausage.

Step 3Meanwhile boil pasta according to package directions to al dente. Drain, immediately place Parmesan and butter (cut into 1 tbsp slices) into pasta, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Toss till butter is melted and pasta is well coated. Add parsley and toss again.

Step 4Serve sausage and peppers over pasta.
