Grilled peppers are one of my favorite things in the world. This dish is just as good without the pasta if your watching your carbs.

Ingredients

  • 19 ounces package italian sausage links
  • 16 ounces package chicken sausage link
  • 1 - each, red, yellow and orange bell pepper
  • 1 - poblano
  • 1 - sweet onion
  • 16 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 1 stick real butter
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped

How To Make grilled sausage and pepper with pasta

  • Step 1
    Slice peppers and onion, drizzle with olive oil and grill till tender. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Slice sausage links and grill till done. Mix with sausage.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile boil pasta according to package directions to al dente. Drain, immediately place Parmesan and butter (cut into 1 tbsp slices) into pasta, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Toss till butter is melted and pasta is well coated. Add parsley and toss again.
  • Step 4
    Serve sausage and peppers over pasta.
