Grilled Mexican Citrus Chicken

My nephew CJ and I made this moist and delicious chicken for Dinner and Dominos night. It was a big hit!
Ingredients

·mexican citrus marinade (below)
-
1/4 corange juice
-
1/4 clime juice
-
1/4 colive or vegetable oil
-
2 Tbspcilantro, fresh-chopped
-
2 Tbsponion-chopped
-
2 tspchili powder
-
1 tspground cumin
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspred pepper sauce
-
6chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
How to Make Grilled Mexican Citrus Chicken
- Prepare marinade in resealable plastic bag. Tenderize chicken with kitchen mallet and place in marinade bag. Seal bag and refrigerate, turning chicken occasionally,at least 30 min. to 3 hrs.
- Then throw them on the grill-they will only take 15 to 20 min. to cook. Ole'!
