grilled lime chicken
I created this recipe when I accidentally bought lime concentrate instead of lemonade. I like the extra zing of the lime and the caramelization from basting. We slice the chicken and serve in tortillas like fajitas or just serve it with sides.

Step 2Prepare your grill or smoker by oiling your grate. Place chicken on grill and sprinkle with steak seasoning.
-
Step 3Baste the chicken with remaining marinade when mostly done. Remove from grill when the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
