A fast & spicy grilled chicken recipe. Standing time (with the spice mix on the chicken) is included in the prep time.

  • 2 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

How to Make Grilled Lemon Cajun Chicken


  1. Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in a small bowl. Rub evenly over the chicken and let stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken on medium-high heat on an oiled grill for 6 minutes on each side, or until done.
