grilled jerk chicken wings
I found this recipe on a cooking site and tried it! It was PERFECTLY DELICIOUS! It is the perfect blend of spices! We just couldn't stop eating these wings! These are mild in heat! I added my own photo.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground bay leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 - lime-juiced
- 1 - jalapeno pepper-seeded and minced
- 3 - green onions-finely chopped
- 1 cup white onion-finely chopped
- 1 large family pack of chicken wings-tips removed and wings cut in half
How To Make grilled jerk chicken wings

Step 1In a very large bowl combine the first ten ingredients. Then whisk in the next five ingredients.

Step 2Add the jalapeno pepper, green onions and white onions to mixture and mix well.

Step 3Now add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 6 hours.

Step 4Preheat outdoor grill.

Step 5Remove the wings from the marinade and grill til thoroughly cooked.

Step 6While the wings are grilling, pour the leftover marinade into a small saucepan and heat til boiling. Then simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with the wings as a dipping sauce.
