Ingredients

  • 3
    chicken fryers - split or quartered
  • 1/2 c
    catsup
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/3 c
    white wine
  • 1/4 c
    frozen pineapple juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp
    ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce

How to Make Grilled Hawaiian Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash chicken, pat dry with paper towel. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Brush mixture over chicken. Grill over barbecue, turning and basting with sauce until it is done (about 40 minutes). Serve with white rice.
