Ingredients
- 6 bone in chicken thighs
- MARINADE
- 1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 medium shallot
- 1 small jalapeno seeded
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1/4 cup white miso
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make grilled chicken with miso-basil marinade

Step 1Place all ingredients for marinade in food processor. Blitz until well incorporated. Place chicken in large dish and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Coat the chicken with the marinade and let marniate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.

Step 3Get a grill hot. Wipe the marinade off the chicken and discard grill until done about 20 minutes. Turning often.
