Ingredients
- 9 ounces uncooked boneless chicken breasts. sliced into 8 pieces, or 8 chicken tenderloins
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
How To Make grilled chicken skewers with satay sauce

Step 1Preheat outdoor grill, stovetop grill pan or broiler.

Step 2Thread chicken tenders onto 8 individual metal or wooden skewers (soak wooden skewers in water first to prevent charring): Season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill or broil skewers util chicken is cooked through, turning skewers frequently about 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, whisk together remaining ingredients to make satay sauce. Yields 2 skewers adn about 1/4 cup of sauce per serving.
