Ingredients
- 4-6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 package portobello mushrooms
- 1 small shallot, sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 cup marsala wine
- 1 cup water
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make grilled chicken marsala

Step 14-6 chicken breasts pounced into steaks, drizzle with olive oil, salt/pepper

Step 2grill 2 mins each side, set aside

Step 3in a skillet, butter, shallots and mushrooms sliced,cook a few mins.

Step 4add beef bouillon, marsala wine, water, reduce by half

Step 5thicken with the cornstarch...pour over grilled chicken....serve with mashed potatoes.
