GRILLED CHICKEN ADOBO
1/2 cchopped spanish onion
1/3 clime juice
6 clovegarlic coarsely chopped
1 tspground cumin
1 tspdried oregano
1/2 tspdried thyme
1/4 tspground red pepper
6boneless skinless chichen breast
3 Tbspfresh chopped cilantro (optional)
How to Make GRILLED CHICKEN ADOBO
- Combine onion,lime and garlic in food processor. process until onion is finely minced. Transfer to ziplock bag. Add cumin,oregano,thyme and red peper. knead bag until blended.
- Place chicken in bag, press out air and seal. Turn to coat chicken with marinade. Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Prepare grill for direct cooking. Remove chicken from marinade, discard maninade. Place chicken on grill and cook 7 minutes on each side.
