Ingredients
- 1 granny smith apple peeled cored and chopped
- 4 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons mint chopped
- 2 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
- 4 scallions chopped
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon each salt, crushed garlic, and grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 8 ounces boneless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
- 1 ounce golden raisins
- cilantro for garnish
How To Make green marsala sauce chicken

Step 1Place all ingredients except chicken and raisins in a food processor. Process for 1 minute.

Step 2Pour the sauce into a saucepan and add the chicken. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Stir in the raisins

Step 3Garnish with cilantro. Rice for serving
