Ingredients
- 2 cans shredded chilcken breast drained 13 oz each
- 1 can green enchilada sauce 15 oz (i like macayo's)
- 1 can evaporated milk 12 oz
- 1 can red or pinto beans, drained and rinsed 15 oz
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed 15 oz
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can nacho cheese sauce or cheddar cheese soup 10.75 oz - 15 oz
- 2 - minced and seeded jalepenos
- 2 - 3 - large plum (roma) tomatoes diced small

Step 1Combine all ingredients into a large saucepan.

Step 2Heat on medium heat until soup is simmering, stirring occasionally. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Continue stirring.

Step 3Serve with dollop of sour cream (optional) and/or tortilla chips. TaDa! Finished.
