green chile chicken
I love preparing this recipe because it's easy and delicious. A great recipe for college students learning to cook for themselves on a budget.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Spice up your chicken dinner with this green chile chicken recipe. It's a super easy weeknight meal with a Mexican flair. Boneless chicken breasts are topped with green chiles, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Once baked, the meal tastes like chicken enchiladas without the carbs (tortillas). The recipe can be easily scaled based on the size of your family.
